If you have excellent credit why don't you go to a bank?

I don't you will find investment money at 4%. Maybe 7% or 8% or lower with a small % of the business.

Or a larger % based on risk.....4% is low

It doesn't hurt to ask, but 4 percent is way too low. It probably should be at least 8 percent. Have you tried the SBA loan guarantee process through a bank?
