There is another thread where someone posted that Seniors vs Crime has a 6 inch thick file of complaints about this company. They have an "F" rating with BBB. I think the company used to be called Service Smart. I would suggest you do a search of both names on this web site. Also, never, ever pay for lawn care services in advance.

If they don't perform, I would suggest you visit a local Seniors vs Crime office and ask them if they can help you. They know about this company. There is an office at the police station in the Moyer rec center in the Pine Ridge Village on Moyer Loop.
