Illegal immigtation supporters (and violators) food for thought.
Read the attachment:
http://www.elliscountypress.com/news...010-06-09.html Would the liberals who are yelping about illegals rights categorize any of these as asking for one's 'papers". Of course not. I would like to hear just one reason....a good legitimate, logical reason why we should not expect illegals to be sought out, sorted, profiled, pursued and made to become legal or send them back to where ever they hailed from. Political answers not allowed based on the criteria: a good legitimate, logical reason. I do not believe in impossible assignments!! btk |
Hard to do

The logical one is Democrats want these people to vote for them. |
It appears to me that being an illegal immigrant is somewhat akin to having diplomatic immunity.

Unions!
Working for a grocery store part-time while a high school student, I was informed that I had to join the union and it was mandatory that I attend a union meeting that was coming up. The meeting was 20 miles away, on a school night and I had to arrange to get a ride there and back. After getting to the meeting, after much hassle, listening to a lot of un-related stuff on the agenda, :blahblahblah: comes time to vote on the issue that required mandatory attendance, I'm informed that I was not elgible to vote-- not old enough! :swear: What a waste of time. Needless to say, subsequent encounters with the unions have not improved my opinion of them.

Though my ex-wife and I had a bitter divorce, there was certainly one area where we agreed. She was and still is VEHEMENTLY anti-union, at least in her job at the Post Office. She got that job on her own merits when it was Emery Air Freight (doing Priority Mail on contract for the USPS) and refused to join the union when it reverted to the USPS. Fortunately, working in New Hampshire, she could not be forced to join the union - but make no mistake, she's been harassed as a 'scab'. Funny thing is, her attendance is better than union members. And the union admits that they can't do 1/3 the work with more people than was being done when Emery was in charge.
