Tickets Available for Purr-fectly Delightful Fun at Kitty Bingo Jan. 16
 

Due to the great attendance and many requests by the community, YOUR Humane Society SPCA will be hosting another KITTY BINGO Night on Thursday, January 16 at the Wildwood Community Center located at 6500 Powell Road, Wildwood, FL 34785. This fundraiser is possible thanks to the generous co-sponsorship of the Cat Crazy Villagers Club and Mid-Florida Agencies/Florida Blue Medicare, who will both be present.

This feline, fun-filled fundraiser will feature another 15-20 kittens and a few fun-loving adult cats from YOUR Humane Society SPCA, Sumter County’s oldest and largest no-kill shelter. These frisky cuties will be available to join players at their tables for cuddles, kisses and good luck while they play to win. Ticket holders can also try their luck at a 50/50 chance drawing and a chance to win $100 in Florida scratch-off lottery tickets. Proceeds will benefit the care of the animals at the shelter.

“We can count on their purr-fectly delightful personalities to make the evening another success,” noted Chairman Celine Petrie. She added, “Of course, the biggest ‘win’ from this special event is when another kitten or cat finds a great forever home. Our first Kitty Bingo was nearly sold out so don’t miss your chance to experience the fun this time!” Tickets are available for purchase through the sponsors and in person at the shelter office, 994 CR 529A in Lake Panasoffkee, over the phone by credit card (352-793-9117), or at the door.
Doors will open at 5PM and bingo will run from 6:00-8:30PM. Each $10 ticket includes 6 bingo cards. Additional bingo cards will be available for sale the night of the event. Refreshments (food, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages) and animal themed merchandise will also be available for purchase.
