While 2018 brought significant changes to the tax laws that complicated tax filings for many people, 2019 has continued to bring some refinement to the tax code. For the latest on these changes and for a review of tax software, come to the VCC meeting at Lake Miona, Friday, January 24th at 1 pm for a two-part presentation to get some answers. Bobbie Seabolt will review some of the recent changes in the tax law and describe the free AARP Tax-Aide program and how it can help Villagers file their taxes. John Campbell will discuss tax software and share some of his experiences in using various products.

Our meetings are open to all Villages residents and feature a 45-minute presentation on a subject of interest, followed by a short break for refreshments, and 50-50 drawings (note that door prices will not be given out after December 31st).
