Looking for JD Management guy
 

We are closing on a villa in Pennecamp on 7/13 and I need to find a fellow from JD Management Co. that I met with when we signed the contract a month ago. I lost his card. He's around 60, sold real estate up north somewhere for 20 years, very nice guy. Anybody know who I was talking too??? I'm sure I didn't make this up, I think..........

I agree with everyone. We use Tom Jones from JD and he has done a great job with our rental home. He keeps an eye on the house and is prompt with any questions we might have.

It's a little strange to see an old post I wrote here more than a year and a half ago, but it is really shocking to realize how things have changed. My opinion about JD Mgt could not be more opposite now. The company totally messed up my account, cost me money I haven't yet recovered, and caused the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a service company.

I will not dwell on details, and thank God it's over! I will answer questions if it's important to someone.
