Snowbirds-please read
 

If you are a snowbird, please let the POA (Property Owners Association) know that you will be away. The monthly bulletin is a free publication that is delivered to your driveway. It is published once a month, and takes about 5 days to get fully delivered, starting on the first Tuesday of each month. We do not want to deliver it to unoccupied homes, but we need you to tell us when you will be away.

Go to the POA website - poa4us.og, click on the "Bulletin" tab at the bottom, and choose "Bulletin stop/start" . Fill out the form with the required info, and hit submit. That will get you on the snowbird "no throw" list for the dates you will be away.

Please ask your snowbird friends and neighbors to do the same.
