Roof Replacement
 

Looking for input on roof replacement done by Justin Schoonmaker. I believe I have read a review indicating the customer was happy but it was an old posting. Looking for something more recent? Has anyone had him within the past 2-3 years. Thank you.

I function had my roof done Justin is the best guy you’ll evader do business with. He’s honest and his pricing is great. A few of my neighbors have used 5 STAR Roofing I own a CYV IN De La Vista South, my cost was $500.00 and the roof was replaced in 7 hours his crew is amazing. PM me if you like I’ll send you a card and my address you can come see what a great job they did.

Within the past week, with financial assistance from our insurance carrier, we had APC Roofing re-shingle our "Designer" home.

Gotta tell ya, when it comes to sub-contractors, after having built homes up north, I am the original skeptic.

I was extremely careful, doing my diligence in finding a roofer. I talked with my neighbors who had used APC. I visited one of their job sites. I interrogated Lance, their sales person. My insurance company's claims department had no bad things to say about APC. And, no money changed hands until end of job.

The verdict? I am 100% satisfied. Their work crew was superb -- prompt, courteous and competent. The job foreman found two suspicious underlayment 4x8 sheets and replaced them. They brought facia trim, flashing and replacement vents.

They covered the driveway and all shrubs. Clutter was kept to a minimum. The entire job was finished in ONE DAY!

And the final recommendation -- no flat tires!

:ohdear: Poster stated "my cost was $500.00". My guess would be he had it replaced and the Insurance Co. paid all but his deductible. Plenty of folks are having 20 year old 20 year roofs replaced and claiming wind damage necessitated it. Roofing companies don't care who pays...... as long as somebody pays. :icon_wink:
