Dog Adoption
 

Does anyone know of someone who needs to surrender an adult Shi tzu or has a Shi tzu mix to give away? I have had terrible experiences with online adoption agencies. They require a lengthy application and once they see I am in The Villages, my application is thrown away. They seem to think we are too old. One even shared with me all of the issues they have had with adoptions in The Villages. Age is a concern but few dogs get the attention we can give them and responsible owners should have a plan for the pet if he or she can no longer care for them. At this point I am so disappointed by the rejections, I am ready to get a puppy but don’t really want to. Please help me
