Ironing Men’s Shirts?
Is there anyone in The Villages (or really close by) who irons at home? For example, men’s dress shirts.
|
Toss them in the drier for a couple minutes and hang em up, good enough. The only thing I ever used an iron for was to hot wax my skis.
|
Thank you, tried that, but they need to ironed.
|
Have you tried hanging them up and using a small hand steamer on them? I bought one on Amazon a while back for $20 or $25 and I am in love! Can't believe I never knew how great they are.

Thank you, but that won’t work.

How about buying iron and doing it yourself?

Try your local cleaners.. just take the shirts in for pressing..

I iron a lot of things. No big deal.

I iron and actually enjoy the peace of it. When I visit the kids, I do all their ironing to help out. It's a chore. Some people like it, some don't. And definitely YES, some things need to be ironed.

Ironing Shirts
I have a lady that irons mine for 1.50 each. Minimum 15 shirts. She lives close to the Summerfield Post office. If interested call me and leave message and I will give you her number. Oh, you must drop off and pick up and furnish hangers. She does a great job and really needs the money. My message taking phone number is 3525618899
