Vmail for January and February
 
We always look forward to the monthly vmail but there hasn’t been a new one since December. Don’t they usually post one monthly?

We also enjoy the monthly VMails. However since many of the recent VMails were produced by Ryan McCabe and Jennifer Parr, the recent marital difficulties between Ryan and Paige Boone McCabe may have caused the production interruption. It’s just my theory and I readily admit may not have anything to do with the 2 month VMail hiatus.

Probably the typical "if there is no GOOD news, there just won't be any news at all". For a while now, all of the VMails were touting all of the new things down in the Southern Oaks area. Since Everglades opened, there hasn't really been anything new to show off. And with the bridge that was to be open last month still sitting on the side of the turnpike gathering rust and the Magnolia Plaza parking lot sitting there collecting dust, the practice seems to be to just remain silent and let the rumor mill fly.

Magnolia Plaza: The commercial permit has been approved pending fire marshal review for the east building. The building permit for the west building is in review.
