I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "alternative." For me, people who still have jobs are living an alternative life. But you might want to check in with these folks. About Us - Rainbow Family

If you are referring to LGBTQ, one place is Bonifay CC on Thursday at happy hour time.

"Alternative lifestyle"? What is that? People who don't play golf? People who are single?Perhaps bikers? Swingers? Those who don't line dance?

Really...are people still calling it that? I haven't heard that in about 30 years!

Check out Rainbow Family - Home. There are two get-togethers every Thursday night - one at Bonifay Country Club and the other at the Waterfront Inn. There's also a men's potluck every month.

I use to see Petrina at the squares quite a lot, and really enjoyed her music and show because it was different, she was singing Adelle before she was famous. Petrina is from Britain and her mother lives here and she moved here permanently in 2008. I think mostly she just does the country clubs, restaurants and private parties now. On her schedule her next shows are at the Waterfront Hotel March 7th and 17th.

I always noticed a large contingent of gay woman at her shows, I mean a whole lot, I guess because I think she is a big supporter. If a person wanted to hear some alternative music other than the usual classic rock and see a different crowd, check out a Petrina show.
