Terrible Accident at Publix Southern Trace (466)
 

I just returned from shopping at Publix and people were talking about an auto accident the other evening.

What I was told is that a man driving a Mercedes had a stroke or seizure and plowed through the front of Publix taking out the shrubbery planted in front, went past the Liquor Store and rammed into the front of the Nail Salon. He said that 12 ambulances arrived and that 9 people were injured. He further elaborated and said that someone lost all toes, another had two fractured wrists, among other injuries.

I had started another thread about this as I was heading north on CR101 when I had to stay put at a stoplight on green because of a fire truck heading to the Southern Trace Shopping Center on Monday afternoon about 4:30 PM.

Then I heard a lot of other sirens while I was at the dog park up CR101 which sounded like they were at the Southern Trace Shopping Center.
