Grey metal boxes

What are those grey metal boxes mounted on white posts? They have a black box inside, almost like a tool box. We are snowbirds and see them while walking around the neighborhood.

Neighborhood AED Security boxes. Each neighborhood collect funds to purchase these units, a few people receive training through the Villages Fire Department. When needed, these select people are called out to assist with a cardiac emergency. GREAT PROGRAM .... :bigbow:
