Be aware that roofing company's are sending solicitors door to door in the Belvedere and Bonnybrook areas. They offer to inspect your roof to determine if you have 20% or more damage from a "storm" last year. If it is determined the damage is 20% or more your insurance company may pay for the replacement. Make sure you watch the person while they are inspecting your roof!! Contact your insurance before filing a claim. My insurance company told me if I filed a claim and there was not 20% or more damage it would still count against me. If I did file a claim and the insurance company replaced the roof, my annual rates would increase.
