Sams - TP and paper towels

Monday 11:10 a.m. they currently have plenty of both - limit one each

Chatbrat 03-23-2020 11:33 AM

Thats the key, one package of Sam's--wow if you can't believe 24-30 rolls of TP are enough, get a life--never paper towels @ Sam's to BIG--the Admiral would get on my case

EdFNJ 03-23-2020 11:37 AM

Thanks! We're down to our last 3 rolls. I'm sure by the time we get there they will be gone. :( Right now my wife is slicing up The Daily Sun into 4" strips. :D

Only 20 packages of paper towels left, which was what we needed. TP many people not happy.

EdFNJ 03-23-2020 01:01 PM

Just got back (1PM) and they refilled the paper towels but, as expected, no TP but I have my wife back slicing up The Villages Daily Sun so we can use it where The Daily Sun don't shine. :D

And to think my darling hubby got mad at me for saving all those plastic bags from the grocery store. LOL

Having been stationed overseas for years, you learn to make "do" (or Poo depending on the situation).

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I don’t have a solid answer for you. That said, if it was me - I wouldn’t.

No. It clogs drains, and is sometimes hard to flush away if to much at a time is used, which can get messy!
Best composted, burnt or bagged in general waste?

The toilet paper shortage is so silly. Get a cheap bidet (got one in August for $36). Once you do, you'll wonder how we've collectively relied upon a paper product for "cleaning".

Go work in a garden or perhaps your car's engine and then just clean up with toilet paper. Works great, right?
