New Health care facility planned for Lake Deaton Plaza area.

Permitting was filed to build a new health care facility (Dr. office?) in the Lake Deaton Plaza area behind Citizens First Bank and across from the Chitty Chatty bridge being built.

This is the first step in permitting and things can easily change, but if they don't this will probably open in about a year.

Do we know if the permitting was for a Villages Care Center or a non-affiliated Dr. Office?

Based on the plans, it looks like The Villages Health Care system, not a 3rd party. The land is owned by one of the developer's companies.
