MUST READ: Updated COVID-19 Safety Precautions to protect you the home owner & our techs.

1) Our technician will call you when he is on his way to your home.
2) It is required that you answer his call.
3)At that time, please open your garage to avoid him coming to your door.
4) Please leave the check payable to Nova Filters at the work site. (invoice will be emailed)
5) Please remain in the home during the visit.
We are going beyond the 6' recommended social distance and request zero contact the tech must be alone in garage.
6) When work is complete, our technician will honk his horn as he is leaving.
7)Starting with your utility sink in garage, if you have one, run all faucets in your home for 15 minutes.
8)These guide lines are for filter replacements and new installs
9) We are not installing or servicing Reverses Osmosis systems { RO's} located under sinks that involve of techs going into any home.:ohdear:
