Not every day you can purchase one at this price. Homefinder - The Villages(R) Homes and Villas for Sale
And another one in the same village for a little bit more at $457,048. Homefinder - The Villages(R) Homes and Villas for Sale
Both are surrounded by beautiful setting.

Thank you for posting. Beautiful properties in a gorgeous area. I believe Harold S. had a home in the Hammock. Unfortunately, I could not afford the upkeep of the grounds, but nice to look at!

Beautiful grounds. The pricier one’s description states it was “reclassified into a single family home.” Wonder what it used to be?
