Anybody have a favorite casserole recipe to share?
 

Call it my Midwest background.

Call it our love of leftovers.

Call it the result of the monotony of cooking constantly.

Call it a need for some variation in that classic comfort food — the casserole.

Whatever it is, I thought I would throw this question out there to you.

I am so tired of my usuals: Lasagna. Chicken Tetrazzini. The ever-popular Tuna Noodle. And, of course, the thing we call goulash — or Johnny Marzetti — or, I have even heard it called Train Wreck.

I would really like to see some tried and true casserole recipes from TOTVers.
