And for everyone wondering where my name came from it's actually a nickname that I got when I was younger in college. No matter what my financial situation was at the time (up or down as it always seemed to go in college lol) my friends always said I could make do with 10 bucks. I could always adapt and make the best of any situation. We thought it was funny at the time, and its stuck ever since :o

I go to closing on my IRIS in mid August. Expect to be down by you guys for a week in September. Return again in late October. Me and wifey are from NY (Long Island) My interest are golf, bowling, softball, chess and fiction writing. Once I settle in, I will start a fiction writing course somewhere.
