I just bought a Lantana in Bonita. Not retiring until the end of next year, so trying to decide whether to rent.

Some questions maybe you can help me with:

where do you get copies of rental contracts if you rent yourself versus using TV or a private company?

Do you change homeowner insurance when you rent?

Do you provide golf cart with rental? if you do, do you need extra liability insurance.

Any do or don't you have experienced would be appreciated.
