Removal of inground spa
 
Searching for contractor recommendations to remove inground spa in lanai, fill in hole, resurface floor, remove outside apparatus (filter, pump, etc)
Has anyone had this done? Contractor recommendations?
Are outside apparatus sellable?

S-I-L had T&D remove one several years ago. You can’t tell there was ever a hole in the lanai floor.
