Facebook help?

Does someone know a computer person who can help me with FB? THINK I've been hacked and also multiple accounts need to be deleted?

When I can’t figure FB out I just google the question and get my answers. If you believe you are hacked, delete your account entirely.

I would expect a company the size of FB would have a help service and chat capability to help customers with these types of problems.
