I know there have been posts in the past about how good chuck farrell does. Well today i got my chance to find out. I had a problem with my trane heat pump. Seems the washable filter element that another guy put in sank in the duct . I couldnt even feel it let alone get it out. So i called chuck. He called me right back and was at my house within 20 minutes. It took him about 20 minutes to remove the old filter. Total for the service call and the time spent working was 40$. He is a very nice person and he knows what he is doing. Also he will not try to sell you something you dont need. I third the motion.....Chuck saved us big bucks by giving us a second opinion and for that, he's now on our "best" list.
