Construction south of Monarch Grove?
 

Has construction progressed south on Corbin Trail past Knudson run yet? Last summer when I was there it wasn’t developed there yet.

Not yet, but I expect that will change now that they have announced Sawgrass Grove. That will all have to be developed to get to the Bexley Bridge, which is how those of us west of turnpike will get access. Our house is very near the dead end of Corbin, so we will have great access to Sawgrass Grove.

The sod is being harvested, maybe be a first step.
