When you purchase a new home, you will receive an orientation from the builder including a paper that lists the heating/air installer, the lawn and bush installer and the termite control installer. After research I found the landscaper close to competitors, but the pest control installer was nearly twice as high as the competitors for the same services. We also found that a competitor for heating/air maintenance offered a better fit for us. Bottom line, we went with different contractors for all three services.

Living in The Villages give the homeowner many contractors to choose from. We kept our pest and AC contractors the 14 years we have been here.
