Comcast - problems?
 

Has anyone else had problems with Comcast service? No service for past 3 days, number of phone calls, finally got a person and can not send serviceman! All Comcast stores are closed! What is going on?

I've had no problems. Try re-booting everything.

No problems recently. If your internet is down, uplug the modem. If your cable box is down, unplug the box. Restarting usually fixes it.

I count dumping Comcast (and AT&T) as among the best times of my life.

When I recently called 1-800-Xfinity, I was told there was a 3 to 4 HOUR wait to talk to a service person. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the line went dead, I was disconnected.
The CEO of Comcast should be required to call his service number EVERYDAY to experience what his customers experience.
My Internet has been down now for 4 days. I have a new modem, but cannot get it registered with Comcast because I cannot get any service people on the phone.
