Name of 3% Relator?
 

Does anyone know Bill's contact info. He runs a 3% shop just for TV. He gets .5% for the MLS listing, the selling agent gets 2.5.

I already have the contract info for a 2.5% agency but I prefer to deal local.

No I don't want your 6% agent's name. Believe me I hear from plenty as it is. But I am happy that you like your agent.

Sometimes you get what you pay for.

The current RE model was in place when Eisenhower was a president not a rec center. A great deal has changed in the RE market since then. But we can still be friends!

And sometimes you do not.

This 3% guy isn't easy to find. Google ad placement drowns out a little guy. He advertises by sending yellow postcards to unrepresented Zillow sellers.

FTR I don't think the budget firms are for most people, few have the ability to get their homes marketable without lots of hand holding. But if you do why pay 6%?

Google Keven Gioia. We used him before Covid and then we ended up pulling the house. He does not charge to list it only the 2.5%. Very professional. Gets back to you quickly. Everything was seamless. We plan to use him again. We had a ton of showings before Covid.
