Anyone know what's going on at the property

This is the place where those houses were built years ago but never sold. There is building and dirt moving going on. It looks like houses but the property is zoned commercial. The property was sold in 2018 to "UP LA Leesburg".

I heard it was rental units built by someone who is NOT the developer of The Villages. Doesn't look like it is moving along too quickly just from driving by. I will be interested to read what the OP discovers. I see there is a telephone number on the sign you might contact.

The word I got from TP the hot dog guy, is that for them to get there CO’s on the new homes, the remainder of the infrastructure had to be in place, ie: water, sewer, drainage and roads.
On another note does anyone know where TP has moved to?

Once my doctors give me the OK to drive after my open heart surgery and pacemaker implantation, I will be happy to take more pictures of this interesting housing project in the heart of TV
