New home repairs
 

We closed in May on a new home. We did our walkthrough, and pointed out some items to be fixed. Wrote it up and sent it to the mtce group. Will they automatically schedule someone to fix or do we have to call for appt for those fixes. They were all minor but would like done.

For the outdoor fixes, they won't even call you -- they'll just come up and do them. Indoors, you'll get a call to schedule the appointment -- usually within 3 days. Don't hesitate to say no to a day/time if it is inconvenient for you. The subs/workers are very good at accommodating your schedule.

Fixes
 

Your phone will be ringing very soon. We also had a few issues when we closed last Sept. They were fixed quickly as were the few items when we just had our 1 year inspection. If you find anything else just call the Warrenty dept. and they'll get it fixed. Welcome to TV and hope you enjoy it as much as my wife and I.:smiley:
