this sounds like more of a marketing move than an increase in safety we sailed RC once...felt like a cattle car.....have sailed on the smaller ships 8 or 9 times ever since |

I was under the impression the muster drill was a mandatory requirement from the coast guard. Was it changed due to current pandemic events?:ohdear:

Cruises
We have been on enough cruises not like they use to be but everything changes.Same depressingly poor ports in Western and Eastern Caribbean. To many people on newer ships. A PETRI DISH for disease. Since Americans have been banned from Europe next will probably be Caribbean until US GETS Covid under control expect cruise lines to operate sometime in 2021. With Covid issues earlier this year what guarantees will there be if you are infected will the administration allow you back in US and what type of medical care will be available.
