I need a lease
 

I had my rental unit placed with a management company and am now leasing it myself. Need a referral to an attorney that makes leases and/or checks credit.

Why not just buy a lease package from Staples? They have lease and credit check documents. Way cheaper than a lawyer. You could also just ask the tenant to print off a copy of their credit report.

I'm not looking for a one size fits all lease.
