Color Palette for Exterior of Courtyard Villa in District 9
 

Someone from CDD emailed me a chart of approved colors...is there somewhere that I can actually see the colors up close; my printer is not printing as clear as I would like.

They are 'probably' Sherwin Williams colors. There are several Sherwin Williams stores in/near TV. Stop in and take a look.

I believe the Florida paint store in Pinellas Plaza has the allowable paint schemes. NOTE: if you are changing colors, check with ARC as I recall they do not allow houses next to each other to be the same color.

I thought a courtyard villas had to be painted the same color. Each neighborhood has a color scheme. The colors are usually Sherwin Williams. Florida Paints copied Sherwin's color palette.
