What if color is in accordance with villa platte?

Repaint the same color, no approval needed
Painting a new color even with the palette? ARC approval. .

Also, I beleive Florida Paints (Pinellas Plaza) and probably Sherwin Williams will have access to the suitable palette for you villa. Be sure you tell them you are painting siding(?) and get the appropriate paint and cleaner. I would NOT pressure wash, as it may take a longer time for the siding to completely dry especially if the water get under the siding. Good luck with your project.

thank you...picked up all the colors from Sherwin Williams today to make a choice...next question: Can I ask permission from ARC to use two colors from one of the approved palettes and use another color from a second palette for the door?

Go with yellow and black checkerboard pattern!
