COSTCO coming to the area! Really!
 

Was at Westley Chapel store today and mentioned to an employee I wish there was one closer to The Villages. (Its less than an hour from Southern Oaks and no tolls) I was told corporate was telling them they are looking for land between Ocala and The Villages but closer to us.

Here we go again......we’ve been here 5 years and people have been saying this all this time.

We have heard the rumors before, don’t get your hopes up

Oh yeah! Heard the cart bridges will be done by 2020!

According to my butcher who heard it from a florist they will be here momentarily or even sooner

They're done, just not open.

When we were at COSTCO about a month ago we were talking to a Customer Service employee who said the same thing. She didn't know exactly where it was going, but was told that a new COSTCO would be going in closer to The Villages.

Hahahahaha hahahahaha

I didn't say I believed her. I'm just telling you what she said.

And trader Joe's is going to be put in right next to Costco. Apparently they have heard that the Villages is on a high density rental apartment complex kick so now is the time to build the stores?????
