transport to airport -Groome transportation
 

Has anyone used this transport services to/from Orlando airport.
All feedback will be appreciated.

Groome sent out surveys last week, but no dates. Workman starts up September 28 per email from company

Workman has just announced that they have reopened

we've always had good luck using them

Wish we would have a reason to call for a pickup

Used them several times before the curse, very good, timely, door to door and reasonable rate.

Wishing to.return to Brooklyn???

Their web site said they were restarting service on Oct. 14th, so that when I planned my trip and scheduled my pick-up with Groome. Paid and confirmed. This morning I got an email showing my reservation has been cancelled. No other comment, just cancelled. Their web site NOW says "service" will resume Nov. 4th. Frankly, I wouldn't count on it.

Groome is operating once again in The Villages with enhanced cleaning and safety procedures. Give us a call or visit the website for more information.

Have used them prior to the Chinese curse. Reasonable personable on time and would not hesitate to use again. They are not a new start up, just an expansion of a long standing service across the country.

Beware of Groome Transportation, they will not refund your money if you have to cancel your reservation. They only give you a credit towards a future reservation (only good for one year). Village Airport Van is slightly more expensive but you get a full refund if you have to cancel.
