Are there house sitting opportunities in TV? Two friends from NE now work from home. So they can work from anywhere. They are husband and wife, both working in professional jobs and very dependable. They just want to get out of the NE winter.

There are multiple rental sites available with different rental price range.

In the winter I would think most homes are occupied either by the owners or tenants. Summer might be a different story. If unoccupied most would choose to use a home watch service or rent their homes as this is when they get the big bucks. If your friends can work from anywhere why not come down and rent a furnished home to see if they like it here, as noted in #2 reply there are plenty of rental agents along with ****.
