I can't believe how long this conversion from a Shell station with a mini mart to a 7-Eleven is taking...must be costing the owner a lot in lost revenue

when it opens they better go 24/7 vs. 7/11 as they're going to compete with Walmart on gasoline...and with a new Dunkin Donuts for coffee & donuts

A couple months ago ago it was reported here the person(s) buying the Colony location backed out (there was another thread here somewhere) but they continued the buildout. It seems to be still listed on 7-11's website as available to be franchised. I thought it was going to be a Costco :) and would have much preferred a WAWA to 7-11..

Actually I think he means 44A (behind the gun place) which is where it is as stated in OP. Unless there is a second one going up about 1 mile away.

There are four 7-Elevens planned:
1. Powell Rd & 44A, next to Shooters World
2. Beaumont development on 466A, just east of Powell Rd.
3. East end of Colony Plaza
4. West side of 301, just south of 466.

At last! A gas station near Brownwood.

Lord knows how we need more Big Bite Hot Dawgs and Giant Slurpees. Philadelphia put in "sugary drink tax" and now everyone crosses over the border to the 7 11 in Montgomery County 3 feet over the line. The mayor there thinks people are human cows to be miled.
