The Village?
 

I just saw a commercial on TV for The Village, singular, a new retirement community in Gainesville. I googled it, but all the results were for the movie. Does anybody know anything about The Village? :shrug: Is it related to us?

Oh great. My friends in Ohio are confused enough about our home in The Villages. They always ask; "What village is that?" or "Where is that village?"

That place is going to get a lot of free advertisement. They will probably field a lot of questions about dancing every night.

When someone uses the accomplishments of some one else to enhance their own future is also someone to stay clear of. This is no different than plagiarism or patent infringement.

Now we've got to start "Talk of The Village"

Dang.... I ain't ready for a place like that yet!

I seem to recall that these condos were extremely expensive as well.

They are expensive at least to me they are-- $3500-4500 per month

If I was the developer here, I would have my attorny contact them regarding the name.

Actually, my thought was that maybe we ARE related? The Village uses quite a few of the same words we use. . . Cottage, Villa, Wellness Center . .

Doesn't look like the same company. It might be a shameless attempt to make potential buyers think so though. :ohdear:
