Room Addition
 

I'm looking for a recommendation on who to use to build a 10 X 12 addition on to the side of my house. I've heard a lot of horror stories. I would prefer not to be one of them.

We used D & J AND they did a fabulous job. Built room on side of home, just like your doing

Ps. We did a 15 x 13 extension just fyi

2 neighbors did major additions (both were patio, pools, and extensive birdcages, both by T&D a few years ago, both look really nice. I know these were nor enclosed rooms, but many of the same construction processes are involved in both.

Would not recommend T&D. Their focus is new homes, pools, etc., with TV. They stuck their toe in the remodel industry when they thought TV's was done expanding. They continue to do some remodels, but definitely not their strength.
