does anyone have any other recommendations on whom to hire to help unload a truck? Not heavy furniture - mainly boxes into storage unit. Thanks!

We would also like to know if there is someone else we can hire to help unload both furniture and boxes too. We'll be coming on Sept. 13th. We have a couple of very heavy pieces that neither my husband nor myself could possibly move.

It has been several years since we moved but we hired Village Movers to provide unloading help. Two strong men who were very professional and very reasonable prices.

Try Movers One out of Ocala. They did our move, were great. They just unloaded a truck for neighbors.

There is also the Village Helpers. The Village mover want a minimum of 170.00 and two hours. We decided to push that old breakfront our selves. LOL

Becky, when do you need help moving boxes into the storage unit? Do you have a date?

Thanks for all the replies! It is my sister moving down and my son-in-law will be driving a truck down from SC. She was able to find loaders and unloaders from the truck company.

K9-Lovers, moving day is Wed/Thur. With son-in-law and movers should be plenty. Thanks!
