We just had Jerry Thibbodeau, of Thibodeau Repair Services, replace a compressor in our four year old LG French Door Refrigerator (under warranty). He responded to my frantic call, and was here in less than 24 hours. He was on time, very professional, and very personable. He said he was authorized for almost all major brands of kitchen appliances, washers and dryers. He replaced the compressor in less than an hour. We would highly recommend him! Same experience here. We were "victims" of the LG Refrigerator/Freezer "Non-Cooling Event" defect in the compressor construction; faulty metal parts that failed... thank you China, as indicated on the compressor housing.

Under extended warranty after six years, LG scheduled Jerry Thibodeau for Friday, he called Thursday and said he could be here in 20 minutes.

Perfect service call and complete replacement of a new compressor and a firmware upgrade (using his memory device; no Internet connection required).

Took about an hour for the entirety of the job.

Thank you VERY much for the recommendation!! We had a year old dishwasher shut down during mid-cycle. We called Aggressive Appliances (which told us when we bought the appliances that they had a strong focus on service); however, the soonest they could send someone out was in December, which was weeks out!! Very disappointed in Aggressive Appliances and seriously challenge their claim to focus on service after the sale. Anyway, my husband came on here and read the reviews - including yours - for Jerry Thibodeau. Jerry was out within 24 hours, quickly got to work, IMMEDIATELY identified the problem, and was gone in less than 45 minutes. There was absolutely no dragging out the time. Charge was unbelievably minor compared to even what Aggressive was going to charge us for simply a call. We are very happy and so grateful for the recommendation! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
