Blood Diagnostics
 

Hi ... My Dr. in Pennsylvania would like me to have some blood work done. I'm in the Village of Fernandina and have no idea where to go to have this done. The Doctor has forwarded a prescription for the tests to be performed. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can either go to Lab Tech or Quest to complete the test Labs will be forwarded to Dr. I do this when I'm up north for Dr here.

Go to the Quest Diagnostics website and make an appointment online at one of their offices. You can then just show up with the doctor's order and your insurance card. You can also establish a user name and password so that the test results will be sent to both you and your doctor electronically. Quest will send you an email when the results are available for you to view online.

Agreed. My DR used them up north and they sent the results within a day or doing the testing.

However they sent the results to my DR who forwarded them to me with his comments.

Call the company that handles your Healthcare first. They will direct you to a place that won't break the bank.

I REALLY like Alliance Labs. Several locations. I go to Pineallas Plaza location.

We do too. We've used the Pinellas location for several years. It's never crowded. We go first thing in the morning so we don't have to wait too long for our morning coffee.

I like Quest because when you open an account you have access to every blood test you’ve had with them. Although my blood sugar is still within range, I can look back and see that it’s trending up and I should be watchful. I have tests back to 2008

Alliance Labs at Pinellas Plaza is where I've been going for several years. It is rarely busy and the staff is nice. Never had any problems. Not far from Fernandina.
