was locked. Toured another place today with two 18's, one is number four course in FL. Beautiful with all price ranges. Great amenity's, closer to a Costco, shopping mall, better hospitals. We are making the move. Must sell two houses but both will sell quickly as one is on a so called Championship course in TV. There are other options. :MOJE_whot:

WHERE ?? Closer to Costco, sounds good (Winter Park one ?) but what about the golf courses, can you have your own cart ? So nice to have your own cart with your things already on, not the constant switching !

Was hoping there would be more discussion on this topic, been "thinking", just thinking about the way things have been going and trying to get a plan if things so further down, but not much being discussed so far. Have any of you visited the Margaritaville Development ? Any one explored out of state ? Also considered that before the valuations begin to fall and the restrictions are relaxed. Just had relatives in the Villages at Hot springs, Ak., they have gradually relaxed rental restrictions, and built more housing for families and mixed age, has been very detrimental for them so they are also looking and making plans, visiting, etc. More and more units and homes being rented for vacations and part time people, things are changing there too. Hope those who are looking will report here....LOL...or perhaps if you find a really attractive and affordable place, you won't want to SHARE it..... LOL ? Hope not !
