Recommendation for an Appraiser
 

Looking to hire an appraiser for our home. Has anyone worked with an appraiser that you would recommend? Thanks in advance.

If you really need an appraiser, I would ask a bank or mortgage company for a recommendation. But, any experienced real estate agent can do a market analysis of your house for free. You can also go to zillow.com and find out what they think it is worth.
