We just signed a contract on the lot in St Catherine yesterday (11-20-20)
 
The builder released a number of new lots in St Catherine yesterday (11-20-2020).

We are happy we were able to get our 1st choice “view” lot.

Apparently 17 lots were sold on the 1st day of release in this new section of St Catherine.

Congratulations now you’ll hear from all the people who don’t live over here about what’s wrong with everything south of 44, 5 new homes in the villages all were nice neighborhoods and so is south of 44 agai congratulations and welcome

Welcome! We just moved into Bradford a week ago and are pleased with the location. We have met 2 or 3 new homeowners who have moved from TV north of 44. I found that very encouraging!

Welcome, it's great in this area. 4th home for us in The Villages, lovin' life South of 44. Don't let any negative comments about living "south" bother you.....most of the commenters haven't lived in this area and don't know, they just think they do!
