Dog Groomer?
 

My husband and I will soon be spending 4 months in TV.
We have two small dogs. Both are sweet and gentle.
Unfortunately one of our dogs really Hates getting groomed, especially his feet. He needs a very patient and calm groomer. We are fortunate to have an excellent one in our home town. Hoping for some recommendations for TV groomers who are experienced with challenging dogs?

We have had very good luck with Samantha at Woofgang Bakery in Brownwood (3682 Meggison Road The Villages, FL 32163
352-775-4654). Also Aggie was good but she moved to the Woofgang Bakery farther north (11962 County Road 101, Suite 401, The Villages, FL 32162352-259-7616). I would call now for appointments in January as that is peak season. Good Luck and Hope your dogs do well.

My Havanese hates having his feet touched and his face brushed. There are 5 or 6 Sams at Woofgang. Request the Sam who grooms Ziggy Stardust. I tip her very well because of his issues.

Your dog sounds like one of our dogs. We regularly use Jennifer at Mulberry Grove Animal Hospital 7101 SE Highway 42, in the far north end of the Villages not too far from the MulberryGrove Rec Center. Jen is excellent and the only groomer at the hospital so you may have trouble getting an appointment.
