Need recommendation for handyman/painter for lanai, patio, garage floor, driveway

Rosalee this is defiantly not a Handyman Job. It is very specific, and if it's done wrong can be a very costly mistake. Call Tim Miller, if he can,t do it maybe he can recommend someone. Good Luck Len

Definitely agree. Concrete painting is very specialized. Tim Miller is recommended for garage floors. As for outside concrete painting, there are several, and would definitely look for reviews of contractors who do those. We have concrete overlay on lanai, driveway, etc. and it's frustrating trying to find anyone competent to recolor and reseal this type of finish. The last time it was done, the guy mixed a perfect paint sample to match the house. Then he mixed and applied paint that was different and we didn't catch it because it nearing twilight. They had to do it over the next morning.
