A Christmas Surprise
 

This morning in Publix in the express lane, I was about to pay for my items and the cashier told me to put my money away, that it was taken care of. I stood there confused and must admit totally speechless. She just smiled and wished me a Merry Christmas and I wished her the same in total shock. I walked out in a daze. Of course I don’t know who gave me this gift but it may have been the woman behind me. I pray this person has a very Merry Christmas and an absolutely wonderful 2021. And I will definitely “pay it forward”. Merry Christmas everyone.

JUST NOW as I was reading the OP, CBS aired a segment about a Secret Santa who gifted strangers with $1000 each. There are wonderful people in this world.

Last June at Carver's on 466 I went through the drive thru and the person in front of me paid the bill. I payed for the person behind me it was a great feeling. These small acts of kindness. Priceless! Keep it going...
